The Buckland

On entering this lodge through the inset side entrance door, this immediately leads into the main hall which boasts a good sized double storage cupboard with hooks for garments and ample room for hiding away the vacuum cleaner and ironing board.

A door to the right leads into the large open plan living, dining and kitchen areas where the space is enhanced by vaulted ceilings, two pairs of French doors, additional windows and a chic sophisticated interior design scheme.

Glass and chrome furniture, stylish striped curtains, luxurious carpet and soft textured upholstery are used in the Lounge and Dining room to give it a smart modern look, whilst the Shaker style kitchen is fully fitted and kitted out with all the latest high specification integrated appliances, cleverly hidden away behind cream base units and top locker cabinets and complemented with a warm amber coloured worktop and pine venetian blinds.

A breakfast bar and half height wall create a division between the lounge and kitchen whilst still retaining the open plan feel.

The Master Bedroom features a 5’ bed with bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobes with a combined dresser and drawers under which has been designed to maximise the storage space available. Creams, soft gold, linens and natural wood have been used in here to give the room a calm and relaxing ambience.

An en-suite bathroom features a large curved shower pod, toilet, a vanity unit with a semi recessed basin, a mirrored cabinet above with integral light and a chrome heated towel rail whilst the colour scheme has been continued from the Master Bedroom into the bathroom.

Bedroom 2 echoes the colours and feel of the Master Bedroom and has a fully fitted wardrobe, dresser and
drawers under and bedside cabinets.

The Family bathroom is accessible from the main hall and includes a full sized bath, toilet, vanity unit with
cupboard below, mirrored cabinet with integral lighting and chrome heated towel rail.
